All students must have a Diocese of St. Augustine Sports Physical, dated after June 1^st 2018, on file in the school office before tryouts. The Sports Physical is under FORMS. You must also have a notarized participation form turned into the school's main office before try-outs.
Your child will not be allowed to try-out without these.

Soccer is open to all boys and girls in grades 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Due to the field being unavailable, tryouts have been pushed back a week to Nov 14 & 15!
Tryouts for this year are November 14 and 15 at 3:15.

Location TBD based on the field's availability.
